Volunteers Needed!

The Simple Room is in need of volunteers for its Crossroads mentoring program. We will pair these Big Brothers and Big Sisters with local youth. The objective of this program is provide students with a person who will listen, love, and learn alongside them.

Most young adults will give credit to one or two individuals other than family that had a significant influence in their lives while going through the pre-teen and teen years. It is vital that young students have someone they respect, trust, and that will hold them accountable through both daily struggles and goals.

Through the Crossroads program we hope to provide them with that trusting relationship. We look for mentors who are strong in their faith, have a desire to serve youth, and will be there consistently for the student we partner them with.
