Rebels Earn First Victory of the Season

The Simple Room Rebels, our fifth and sixth grade boys' basketball team, claimed their first victory against the Highland Optimists on January 22 in Highland. The game started slow with only 16 combined points scored in the first half. The Rebels led at half with a score of 10-6. Our boys lit it up in the second half, scoring 24 points and making the final score 34-25. The Rebels were led in scoring by Seth who netted 12 points. Lane finished with 10 points. The win makes the Rebels season record 1-2.
